Two of the most influential figures in privacy technology discussing ZK-proofs, STARKs, and the future of private blockchains.
A few thoughts on where this conversation is leading:
First: the fact that Starknet and Zcash communities are collaborating signals ecosystem maturity. Privacy isn't tribal. It's foundational.
Second: each privacy technology serves different needs:
STARKs = transparent, scalable verification
ZK-SNARKs = private transfers and proofs
Garbled Circuits = composable private computation
Third: the real breakthrough comes from combining these approaches for different use cases.
