Remember when so many participated in Malda's testnet that it cashed Linea testnet?
Our sequencer codebase has been constantly evolving since the first version that broke the Linea testnet back in March. Any code shipped to prod has to be thoroughly tested every step of the way to achieve true resilience. We are testing it again before releasing to mainnet, our minimum metrics are equivalent to RPC level. Keep in mind we are not only running full nodes like an RPC providers but also the first production version of an application specific sequencer (and a multichain version of it) Uptime target → 99.99% Latency targets → Minimizing delivery times to 30-40 seconds on rollups and 120 seconds for Ethereum mainnet (deviation is due to different finality mechanisms) Proving success on Boundless mainnet → 99.99% Our tests are showing good results, we are running them constantly to ensure long term resilience
