Imagine being stuck illiquidly lending against a single volatile collateral - to a borrower that controls the rate, liquidations, oracles, and LTV parameters - for the same rate as USDS on Aave. Not a catastrophe I guess, but another example where people didn’t diligence.
As was foretold 🔮 @f2pool_official is now stuck lending Rune, a prominent VC, and a foundation controlled by the two. Very little recourse if they choose to drop yield to 0% or set LTV to infinity. They hold 83% of this loan, so cannot exit, since it is at 91% utilization
