How do I submit my proof of address (POA)?
Go to Profile and select Verification to complete your verification to meet Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
What are the supported POA?
- Valid bank statements. 
- Tax form, tax statement, or tax return. 
- Valid rental agreement: - The lease period must be for at least 6 months or more and the remaining tenure of the agreement must not be less than 2 months (can be issued for an indefinite period). 
- It has to be signed by both parties (landlord and tenant). 
 
- Valid utility bills such as water, electricity, gas, home attached television or internet bills, landline telephone bills. Mobile phone statements are not acceptable. 
- Mortgage statement which is issued by a regulated financial institution. 
- Correspondence from a Central or Local Government Authority, Department or Agency such as pension, unemployment benefits, tax documents and housing benefits. 
- National ID card/Residence permit/Driver license. - Document should include the customer's full name, photograph & address. 
- The remaining validity should not be less than 2 months. 
 
- Official Conduct Certificate which is escalated to the MLRO for review prior to onboarding. 
Note:
- The POA must be your residential address. 
- Your full name on the POA must match your legal name. 
- If you live with parents or a spouse, you may include a supplementary document, such as a formal attestation from the property owner or leaseholder. 
- The POA must be issued within the last 6 months. 
- The POA must be a clear photo of your original POA or a PDF file. 
- The POA must match with the residential information you provided during your identity verification. 
- The acceptable types of POA may vary with different jurisdictions.
