My biggest critique of the Movement ecosystem is that (for the most part) teams concentrate their marketing efforts to people already in the Movement community.
While this is a good start, even if you are able to onboard every person in the community, you are still converting only a fraction of the total web3 space, let alone a regional/global population.
Happy to boast that in my opinion we have some of the most cracked marketers in @livingwithwill and @imranfaststart, where they are essentially an extension of all Movement eco teams, and are always open to lending an ear and providing advice on how teams can truly reach exit velocity.
