Real interest and nominal interest
REAL PROFIT AND NOMINAL PROFIT
Real profit is the profit after it has been withdrawn to the bank.
Nominal profit is the profit on the exchange.
In the uptrend of 2021, some people made x100 or even several hundred times, but now their accounts are at 0 with no funds left.
Raca, Doge, Shiba… helped many people become wealthy and change their lives, but most also lost everything and couldn't keep their money.
To maintain a stable mindset in investing, you should set achievable goals, complete those goals, and convert all "nominal profit" into "real profit".
If you take profits but the coin continues to rise, temporarily take the real profit from the bank to buy less of it, only this way can you keep your money. Then start a new investment cycle from the real profit.
