At the time of writing, @maplefinance has entered the top 12 DeFi protocols by TVL.
It's been incredible to watch them 10x their TVL over the past year. Yet, $SYRUP is just 1/10 of its current TVL, which is an absolute steal...
So, @maplefinance is a protocol that offers users permissionless access to secured, institutional lending since 2019. It's backed by @circle, @hiFramework, @TheSpartanGroup, and others.
"Simple enough."
Simple but good.
Recently, @maplefinance has announced a strategic partnership with @aave. Now, syrupUSDC will be listed on the Core Market, and syrupUSDT will be available as collateral on @Plasma.
I believe that Aave will act as a catalyst for bringing the next $10B in deposits for Maple within the next year.
Across all lending categories, @maplefinance is ranked #5 while offering up to 5.9% APY plus Drips rewards.
"What are they?"
Well, those are points that lenders earn by participating in syrupUSDC/syrupUSDT. At the end of each season, you can claim them for $SYRUP.
"Can I boost APY somehow?"
Yes, as syrupUSDC is part of @arbitrum's DRIP program, it's providing some of the highest-yield leverage looping strategies.
My favorite is on @Infinit_Labs, offering an additional 15.55% APY.
Also, you can go to @kamino and get up to 45.87% APY, out of which 2.82% is paid in $CASH and the rest is leveraged at 8.3x (adjust to your risk appetite).
Many sleep on these yields, but hopefully there are content creators like @phtevenstrong that highlight them.
